Meditation is an art. It’s a practice to relax your mind. But, the term has a broader meaning. Mediation is found in the ancient Hindu texts called – Vedas. Vedas tell that Dhyana (meditation) can awake deeper thoughts and it can help you to visualize clearly.

There are several types of meditation. But, their goal is to calm your mind. Spiritual meditation, mindfulness meditation, visualization meditation. focused meditation, mantra meditation, and body-scan/progressive meditation are the most popular ones.
